Current Vice Chairman - Board of Finance I have held a seat on the Board of Finance since 2009 and currently serve as Vice Chairman. I am proud of the work our board has done during that time in helping maintain a low mill rate for taxpayers, while working collaboratively with both the General Government and Board of Education to strategically position the Town of Southington for success moving forward.
In addition to the work that has been accomplished, I am equally as proud of the manner in which it has been accomplished. Led by Chairman Leary’s example, our board functions with full transparency and patience for differing points of view. My wife and I live in Southington with our two daughters. I work as the Chief Operating Officer for a specialty lines insurance company and currently serve on the Foundation Board for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. My wife and I are also very active in our church. |
