As a devoted husband and proud father of children attending Southington Public Schools, Jasper understands the significance of a strong educational foundation.

Jasper's objective remains crystal clear—to persistently advocate for the best interests of students and the community while securing our educational system’s financial stability.

His life has always revolved around family, faith, and service. His Coast Guard background instilled values of honor, respect, and duty, enabling effective collaboration with fellow board members, parents, educators, and community members.

In his current term, Jasper has excelled in fostering collaboration and consensus among stakeholders. Leveraging his professional skills and experience managing global operations and multi-hundred million-dollar budgets, Jasper has ensured efficient resource allocation while prioritizing safe and high-quality learning environments for every student.

In addition to his practical experience, Jasper holds an MBA from The Citadel Military College, a BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle, and a Certificate of Finance from Duke University.
